Two-Day Class | $425
Focused, immersive preparation.
Thorough preparation for labor, birth, and postpartum in a concentrated, two-session experience (6 hours each).

Seven Week Series | $500
Slower-paced, extended learning.
Includes the full core curriculum at a slower pace for more discussion, plus exclusive additions: a labor rehearsal session, a breastfeeding class taught by an IBCLC from Nourish Nevada, and expert guest speakers from our local Reno birth community.

What's included?

Registration includes you + one support person to attend, a comprehensive binder of resources/ materials & access to guidance from instructor throughout the course and up to 6 weeks postpartum.

How birth

works

The anatomy and physiology of labor (in a fun way — hello former elementary teacher vibes). We’ll cover the key things to understand about your body, the stages of birth, how hormones play a vital role, and what labor can actually look like in real life (hint: it’s nothing like the sensationalized birth scenes in popular shows and movies).

Why this course exists

Birth rarely unfolds exactly as expected. This out-of-hospital class helps you understand how birth works—and how to navigate it when things change or feel unsteady, so you can walk away feeling in control of your story and, most importantly, proud of yourself—regardless of how things go.

This space is for every birthing person, regardless of your preferences or where you plan to deliver. Whether you are a first-time parent or a seasoned one seeking a fresh perspective, you belong here.

Early Pregnancy Meet-Up | Pay-what-you-can structure ($5, $15, or $25)
A rotating monthly gathering for those expecting or thinking of conceiving. You do not have to be in early pregnancy to attend! Get questions answered by doulas who are in the birthing rooms and local homes every week. We share the real-time insights we're seeing in the birth community right now. Come talk about what to expect in the coming months and leave with local resources and feeling seen.
