Service Description

A one-time two hour class for those in their first trimester or those trying to conceive. It will cover many pregnancy related topics including nutrition, common discomforts and remedies, red flags, hormones, and more. You will also be given resources, time to ask questions, and space to talk with other local expecting or soon-to-be expecting people. This class is great for people who want information on pregnancy earlier on. PLEASE NOTE: All courses are created for any birthing person, regardless of your birth preferences (i.e hospital/home, medicated/unmedicated, etc). Classes held in person. All courses have a limited class size. Cost covers you + partner or other support person.
